The editors of CaptureMyChicago selected me as the Showcased Photographer for March/April 2011. From their write-up: "To peg John as one type of photographer simply wouldn't do him justice. He's adept at many photographic styles. We picked him as the featured photographer for this showcase not because he's a great tree photographer, although he does have a few unique tree shots, but because we couldn't publish another showcase without recognizing John as a talent. Take look at his profile and you'll delight in the way he uses a camera. We encourage you to follow him to keep up on his work at Capture My Chicago." To view the write up, click here.
